My friend is fighiting a Civil Court case on his father's property. He has good chance of wining the case but he is very poor. He has offered me bear the expenses and responsibility of the case. If he wins, he will give me half of the property but if he looses, he can not pay me the expenses back.
I want to accept this proposal. But my ceoncern is: how do I make sure that he can not refuse me to give half of the propety once the case is over and he wins.I hope he will not do it but I want to be in a safe side (just in case)!
