Live in relationship can be continued even he is married ?

If husband and wife living seperatelly since many yeras,and husband strats to live with another lady in Live-in-relationship and If wife has any objections then?

A. “Can a man continue live in relation ship even he is married to another one”
Take:
1. It is preferred to have been stopped. Reason being what for husband entered into marriage ties then !
2. In case the man has no interest in wife or maintaining matrimonial bond yet they have decided not to break social announcements / ties then for their mental piece he cannot be stopped as there is no Law to stop live-in relationship in instance situation.
3. Ensure that the husband does not marry nor produce a child out of such economics of arrangements.

B. “If husband and wife living separately since many years, and husband starts to live with another lady in Live-in-relationship and If wife has any objections then?”
Take:
1. Wife may not have openly expressed objections but normally wife do express objections and it is matter of time when under advise of men and or agent a wife may express so against her husband and take him to Court and till that time such arrangments lasts. 
2. If wife has expressed objections then she has to prove your marriage with live -in partner and mere allegations of live-in partner may not bring charges of bigamy ! However it will lead to breaking marriage - i.e. divorce from existing marriage. I wonder who would want to venture knowingly into live-in when he knows wife will have objections !!! The que. is not properly framed so it seems...........
3. In case the wife has no interest in husband or maintaining matrimonial bond yet they have decided not to break social announcements / ties then for their mental piece he can continue as he cannot be stopped as there is no Law to stop live-in relationship in instance situation.
4. However if this husband gives status of 'second wife' to his live-in partner then it is with consent of his first wife. There are quite a no. of present day public persons / figuers eg. before us where such arrangments are clearly working.
