Do you want to be an advocate in India or abroad? It is better to study the law of the Nation where you want to pursue your career.

I NO DOUBT WISH TO PRACTISE IN INDIA BUT THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE I HAVE HEARD OF WHO HAVE DONE LLB FROM ABROAD ARE PRACTISING IN INDIA. WHAT KIND OF DIFFICULTIES ARISE IF I PURSUE LAW FROM ABROAD AND WISH TO SET UP A PRACTISE IN INDIA.? IF YOU COULD PLEASE ENLIGHTEN  ME BRIEFLY ON THIS ISSUE I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL TO YOU.

Dear sunil,

You can pursue LLB from India (or)

from abroad provided the insitute/university offering the LLB degree abroad is recognised by the Bar council of India.

Best of luck..,
