LLM by Distance Learning

Hi all

One of my friend got 49% in her LLB and now want to do a LLM.

Can any body provide me a detail of University college from where she can do LLM either through Distance Education/ correspondence mode.

Can LLM thru Distance Education/ correspondence mode is valid?

Kuvempu university karnataka,Annamalai university Tamilnadu for correspondence LLM which is valid.

She can go through the LLM from ICFAI University (flexi mode).
