bank issued loan to Mr.X .Mr. X changed his address and dont inform bank, after a while he became defaulter.
what are the remedies available to bank. if bank arrange to find current address of defaulter.

If it is govnrment sponsered loan, Bank may apply to issue recovery certificate through District magistartae. If it is private or commercial loan Bank may file recovery suit in court against him.
