Hi Sir,
Since 6-7 month my house construction work going on. We did verbally mason work contract to local contractor 100 Rs per seq.ft as normally rate in my area.But now he demanding more money and refuse to verbally contract. Now they go through lawsuit and put case on us in labor court even they don't have any written contract or proof . Please give me the proper or alternative way to face the lawsuit.We never went to court in past and we are scare about the case.
