Looking for advocate who deals in sra

looking for a advocate who deals in sra property related papers, i am planning to buy and want verify document.

1 i am getting maintianance pawty from him

2 he is 2 owner and he did not transfer electricity meter under his name still on 1 owner

3 builder agreement owner have

4 original allotment is with society

5 noc society will give

6 i will take affidivait that he did not make any will

7 share certificate i will transfer under my name

8 i will ask about loan also .
