Dear All,
I'm looking for the bare act (soft copy) of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 (as amended upto date). The government websites who feature the bare act, do not contain the latest amendments (of 2010 and 2011). I've already searched in google etc.
Would appreciate your help. Thanks.

I'm looking for the bare act of the Public Servies Authority Act, 1987 having amendment 2002 inserting Chapter VI A therein and want to know whether in U. P. the Bank or Banking services are included within the perview of Public Utility Services or not .
