I married on Aug 2018. NOV 2019 we applied for mutual divorce due to some clashes, the divorce was cancelled in DEC 2021, started the family again got a baby girl.
Now again we got family clashes. Want to go for divorce due to the below problem, is it possible or not? What are the legal consequences?
Earlier problems:
a. She had a Love affair till the marriage date, Now I don't know. Got some proofs too, but now don't have them.
b. she was Trying to do vasikaranam on me
c. Not showing s*x interest.
d. Eyesight not mentioned before marriage, after marriage suddenly she is using 6+ power of cylinder Spectacle glasses
e. The height they mentioned was 5.4 feet in biodata, but she is only 5 feet, couldn't able to recognize that time
f. Looking like some maturity problem
g. She placed a 498a case on me, the case did not file due to settlement.
New problems:
a. I asked her to stay in their native place for 1 year due to financial problems, and she is not interested in that.
b. she is not able to handle family 👪 individually.
c. Don't see much s*x interest
d. She is not interested in my family.
e. She went to her mother's home 6 months back, till now not returned.
g. No proper response from her, when trying to contact.
f. Recently got information that she doing the job, without informing, and she is living with her sister's family.
Try Mediation. Divorce on those grounds doesn't hold much water.
