Lost Money in social grade online click Scam

Dear Lawyers Club Team, In jan 2017 i lost around 2 lacks rs in the social trade online scam whose owner was Anubhav Mittal & these days he is in jail. UPSTF team arrested him & freezed his around 5700 carores rs for doing illegal pyramind strategy buisness, like me lacks of people lost there money. Till now i didnt submitted any complaints against the company & its around 7 month passed now, team i need your advise on below 3 points. 1) Should i need to file coplaints against the company? 2) what are the chances of money recovery as all money of comapny is freezed now as case is going on in court. 3) Please provide your valueable feedback in this case what we can do.
