no problem. you can get duplicate share certificate. kindly contact your chairman/secretary of your society. they shall ask you to provide list of documents such as indemnity cum undertaking bond and other documents based on which they shall be able to issue a duplicate share certificate to you.

Incase the current owner is all ready to sell of the flat, is it possible to sell whiout the share certificate which can be provided to the next owner once received from the society?
