1. Contact nearest Arya Samaj Mandir jointly for Marriage formalities.
2. Documents required for the Solemnization of Marriage in Arya Samaj Mandir;

1. Documentary evidence of date of birth of parties (Matriculation Certificate / Passport / Birth Certificate/ Driving License). Minimum age of both parties is 21 years for male and 18 years for female, at the time of Solemnization of Marriage in the Arya Samaj Mandir.
2. Separate affidavits from bride and groom stating date of birth, marital status at the time of marriage and nationality. (As per the Performa of Affidavit -
   Affidavits will be prepared by us)
3. Four each passport size photographs of both the parties.
4. Total two witnesses from any side along with their Identity Proofs.  
5. Affirmation in the affidavit that the parties are not related to each other within the prohibited degree of relationship.
6. Copy of divorce decree/order in case of a divorcee and death certificate of spouse in case of widow/widower.
7. Two garlands, two kg. sweets and half kg. desi ghee.
8. 1kg. sweet to LCI Admin. post marriage.

Marriage held in Arya samaj mandir is valid in the eyes of law.You both attained proper age oge to get married legally.All the best.

what is the procedure to get the benefits of intercast mariage?

In my opinion limited advantages you have given to read 'caste' peculiarity in your query without telling us where the marriage took place and or what is the caste of your wife and or if the inter-caste marriage has been registered or not till date !

However;

1. The children born out of  inter-caste wedlock will get quota benefit in reservations.

2. Maharashtra Government has decided to gift Rs 50,000 to a couple opting for inter-caste marriage. The State cabinet sometime in Jan. 2010 took the decision with the view to abolish caste system in the state by encouraging inter-caste marriages. Earlier, the amount was Rs 15,000, The government would give a cheque of Rs 20,000 and invest Rs 25,000 in postal savings scheme, Indira Vikas Patra, in the name of the couple. The remaining amount would be given in form of marriage expenditure or household things The government has been implementing the scheme from 1958 and 50 per cent of the fund is given by the Centre.

Tajobindia, please give me an information, how much the amount  is (if any scheme like this ) in assam for inter religion marriage?Any quota facility for my daughters?
