Low age of the rape victim is not the only and sufficient factor to award death sentence:SC

The above case should have come under the purview of POSCO, according to me.

Can anybody clarify why it was not filed under POSCO, please.

It is for the prosecution to apply the sections of all relevant acts. You have to ask the prosecution.
