My querry is:
My collegue had filed MVC petition, which was dismissed for default. After that he filed Miscelleneous petition to restore the dismissed MVC petition. The Miscelleneous petition also dismissed, after that he filed fresh MVC petition. Now the insurance advocate has filed an application stating that this fresh petition is not maintainable.
If it is maintainable please upload if you have got any judgements.
