Hi i am having some query related to maharashta slum rehabilation act .
1. Under SRA, dweller with 2010 document are eligible?
i have heard from many people that under SRA, even dweller with 2010 documents are considerd as eligible. but i haven't found the amended SRA Act for 2010. I know that dwellers with 1995 documents are eligible.
2. What are the documents are required for one to be eligible dweller.
Photo Pass, Electricity bill prior to 1995 or 2010
OR
Electricity bill, Purchase document prior to 1995 or 2010. Here in case of minor during 1995 or 2010 photo pass will not be there, hence purcahse document along with electricity bill can be shown or not.
