If she hasn't mentioned in the maintenance petition u/s125 Cr.P.C that she's getting interim maintenance of Rs7000/- PM in DV case than you tell all this to the court. The Family Court will consider pleading of both sides before deciding the maintenance petition of the wife. Don't consider that judge doesn't understand the tricks being played with help of local advocates while such petitions are presented for his consideration.

Let her ask in as many ways the maintenance she can seek under various laws, she'll get one maintenance only. Her advocate is a stupid fool misguiding her nothing else.

That part court will decide & I'm no one to say how much the Family Court decide on the basis of financial position of both parties. The pleading of both parties are not before me to see and decide the quantum of maintenance.
