I went through lot of judgement where in it is mentioned that qualified wife cannot be eligible for maintanance...
My question is what is meant by qualified wife??
Even B.Com pass can apply for bank P.O post and can earn upto 15-20 k month or even call center and B.P.O provides that kind of salary so is B.Com pass lady consider as qualified or not??
Any Case where maintanance was rejected to b.com pass lady.
If one can use RTI to state and Central goverment and can find out from respective department on how many bacholr graduates are working with them and what kind of average pay scale they are drawing or with Banks to get such information and can that help to avoid maintanance while fighting case??
Please give very specific answers
