I marrried in apr12,later in a month I came to know my wife is schizophrenic. they cheated me,after 2 month she went to her parental home,I noterised her consent for mutual divorce after one year pretending I didn't know the fact of her disease,Then I filed under section12(c) for nullifiyng the marriage within a year.because of fear that after 1 year they can demaand money.now my question is if I go for mutual consent divorce under section 13 without paying a penny in future can she demaand maintenance though right now she agreed to not ask for maintainance in future But I know she cannot maintain herself due to her severe diseage though she has "Doctor" degree right now.I studied laws everywhere I found that "if your wife cannot maintain herself then you have to maintain its a must"
What can I do?I dont want to take any risk in future but fighting the case is may be time consuming for me
