Maintenance

My husband earns more than double my salary in excess of 200000 per month. He has thrown me and small child out since birth. Not provided anything since then and even I didn't bother. After 4 yrs I claimed maintenance and it is only 15 K per month, don't even provide for school expenses. I want to take break quit my job and give 100% time to child. I need at least 50% of his salary to sustain myself and child. What chances are there once appeal in high court?

KINDLY NOTE THAT.

1. IF YOUR MAINTAINENCE ORDER IS OF INTERIM MAINTAINENCE OF RS.15,000/-P.M. IT WILL BE DECIDED ON FINAL HEARING OF CASE. BUT IF THE SAID AMOUNT IS FINALY DECIDED AS MAINTAINENCE THEN, YOU NEED TO FILE APPLICATION FOR REVISING MAINTAINENCE BY GIVING  ALL DETAILS OF DOCUMENTS REGARDING INCOME PROOF OF YOUR HUSBAND AND HIGH STANDARD OF LIVING OF HUSBAND AND HIS PROPERTIES , ASSETS , VEHICLES OWNED AND POST HELD IN CO., AND DEPENDENT PERSONS ON HIM YOU  ALSO MENTION ABOUT YOUR DAY TO DAY EXPENSES,INCLUDING RENT, SCHOOL FEES AND MEDICAL AND OTHER EXPENSES OF CHILD AND OTHER DAY TO DAY EXPENSES PER MONTH, AND DEPENDENT FAMILY MEMBERS ON YOU AND HARDSHIPS AND OTHER PROBLEMS FACED BY YOU.

2. YOU MAY APPROACH SUPERIOR COURT FOR REVISING AND INCREASING THE MAINTAINENCE AMOUNT AND PRAY FOR MAINTAINENCE AS PER YOUR STANDARD OF LIVING. BY CHALLENGING THE JUDGEMENT PASSED BY THE LOWER COURT.
