My wife brother has filed DV case on behalf of his sister and is demanding maintenace . she is living with me in my parents home since marriage D O M MAY 2011 there is no child and niether she is expecting .on first hireing we asked MM for mediation . I have given written statement to PO that I get Rs 10000/= pocket money from my parents and nothing is in my name the shop which I run is also in the name of my parents the shop name is also also in the name of my mother . my father is retired how much maintenace she can get from me .If I close shop and go for job will it better I can get job for 10000/= pl advice
