Maintenance under Domestic Voilance Act

Wife with her baby is staying seprately from her husband and in-laws due torture committed on her by her husband and in-laws.

Wife wants maintenace from her Husband/ in-laws under DV act.

In-laws have family business, and they show that husband is employed in their business. But the real income of husband comes from the profit of the business and not from the salary.

What the wife should do so she gets the maintanacne with respect to the real the income of her husband?

Whether she can get maintenace from her husband and in-laws put together?

the wife can claim maintenance from husband you just file 125 crpc case, the court made order minimum amount of maintenance, if you want high amount maintenance you only prove he has doing business and get huge amount salary or payment.
