In appeal/revision petition/complaint whether accused who have not been summoned by megistrate should be made necessary party or not.
Whether Accused is to be summoned in revision/appel of complaint when he is not summoned by MM/trial court.
If it is not necessary please please qoute the relevant law/relevant case so that I can present my point.
Law/reference case regarding the same is very important for me.
