Mandatory checklists prior to purchase a flat

The list is very exhaustive to name a few:

Title and chain of title documents,  approved plan, CC, OC, GPA, JDA, tax paid receipts,  conversion certificate,  and various other documents. 

You first get an opinion from a local lawyer,  who will instruct you to produce all the documents to determine the genuineness of the flat proposed to buy.
