There are two things in your query, can a married person remarry without giving divorce to his first wife, answer is legally he cannot do so, but for the sake of so-called marriage he can go through some form of ceremony which may not be the essential marriage ceremony applicable to the parties for valid marriage between the two.

Second thing is live in relationship between married man with another woman while his first marriage exists and not dissolved by decree of divorce, answer is that is possible but with lot of legal risk from both women for such married man.

Ideally and legally; NO.

The tactical options also involve hazards in such acts..

Rest IT is one’s personal decision and aptitude to take such risks..

The said person is employed?

If yes Is IT govt employment?

If he "marries" the second woman before divorce like Mahajan has pointed out, her legal status will be that of your "Mistress". Only first wife has the wife status until she is divorced. Both your wife and mistress will be able to legally ruin you and put you behind bars if you remarry/live in without a divorce. Better is to control your hormonal rush and think prudently.
