If a girl and boy both of same village then they can marriage? If yes then the panchayat of village can interfere in it?

1. YES. The Panchayat can theaten /interfere /stop the marriage,  PROVIDED they are willing to be criminally prosecuted and wish to have free lodging & boarding in the state jail, for atleast three years.

2. Any eligible Girl (minimum 18 years) and Boy (minimum 21 years), of any Caste /Religion /Village.... can legally marry without any reference to ANYBODY (which includes Parents, Panchayat or whosover.... ).

sir tell me for those who are of same village but not comes into prohibited relations then court marriage is good option
