I wanted to know from respected Lawyers the following
" If a women, who is living seperate from her husband- is having a live-in relationship with a divorced / widower man ( Man, knowing that she is married) and forced the man to marry her and If such marriage is registered in presense of Registrar of Marriage based of forged information ( stating that she is widow / divorced and even the witnesses gave false statement about her / his marital status).
What will be the punishment under IPC for
1:- Man
2:- Women
3:- Witnesses
