Marriage registration of foriegn national

An indian boy married with foreign national under special marriage act and marriage was accordingly registered. out of this wedlock one child was born in india. Now the qmy query is whether the marriage registered in india under special marriage act is valid in foriegn country also or some other procedure has to be followed for getting it recognised internationally also.Some body told me there are certain agencies who are doing this buisness of getting the marriage recognised in foriegn countries

Yes, it is valid marriage in any country.

someone told them that they require some kind of further certification for getting it validated internationally.Is it true? If yes what is the procedure

As far as India is concerned, the marriage certificate issued under special marriage Act is valid through out the world.  If any country insists for any other certificate, you have to look into such country's local laws, where such condiction might have stipulated.  All the embassies of other countries in India accept marriage certificate under Special Marriage Act.
