Does she have mutation records with all link documents of the property, death certificate of grandparents/parents,legal heir certificates of  grandparents/parents............?

Which personal law applies in this case say; Hindu?

Obtain mutation records with all link docs from O/o Authority under whose jurisdiction property falls.

And you may get all above mentioned docs.

Or above mentioned docs are basic requisites to record inheritance and ownerhip by inheritance....per procedure of inheritance; Intestate Sucession.

The proecudre, forms etc  might be available at website of authority or in its office.

Settle amicably and register the partition deed, family settlement deed with boundaries.............
