Matrimonial property

Sir , plz define MATRIMONIAL PROPERTY ?

Wife is entitled to have share in property /alimony/ maintanance after  Divorce on cruelty grounds.

Yes- wife having full right on matrimonial property.

As well as question of Maintanance- She can get on ground of cruelty- Becouse its strong ground to not live with you- live seprate,
