My wife is in US. She will be coming to india for one last time, and we have decided to file for MCD divorce.
- Since she cant come back again, will it be possible to use wife's power of attorney to get divorce during second motion.?
- Can she give power of attorney to her Lawyer or a friend ?
- How do we get this power of attorney ?
