99% cases get settled outside the court.

For Wise, without going to court

For Normal Intelligence People: Within Six months in courts

For Fools: After Six Years in Courts

And here Wise and Normal Intelligent People should exist on both sides.

Fools on any one side would suffice for cases to linger on till eternity.

Dear Gauri Ji,

Earlier last year i had sent a number of mails and sms also and she replied 2-3 times only. It think that will also be taken as proof of my intentions to settle the issues amicably by the court.

May i send emails or speed post etc. is required to show my good intentions to settle the matter before finally going to court.

I appreciate ur efforts..try calling her , send her sms expressing ur feeling and wht she intends to do..

if she has asked u to marry and move ahead  in life maybe she wants to end up things , then u directly ask her if she wants this thn its better to do the things formally its no use why u should bear and keep on clinging to her if she is so adamant and not keen to recognise ur feelings..its her loss ..be happy if ur good u deserve good in life..dont waste ur love and feelings for a person who cant see or bother abt u..

If you are on talking terms, then settle the issues without involving lawyers and courts and then present your settlement agreement to the court.

For last 10 motnhs we are not talking.If i initiate she will try that should accept her all terms for coming back else she she will ask undue money.

give it a try , u can also do what u wish to ie ur terms ..there's no harm in talking atleast ull have clear intentions from both the sides.

unless you try, how would you reach a conclusions. 10 days of talking won't make any diffirence in 10 years of litigation.

Keep apart all things, If mediation possible & acceptable in your case. Then proceed accordingly as suggested by Mr Ravindar Gupta.

If OP not interested, Then Fight case judiciously.
