My case isreferred back to Women cell as my mediation got failed. Kindly advice: -
1) what kind of proceeding would be followed now in the women cell now.
2) When should I apply for AB- my lawyer advised me to wait for upto 1 month as women cell IO will himself let you know that now we are going to file FIR against you, then I have to apply for AB, is it correct.
3) If we agree for MCD in women cell or at any stage later, whether 6 months cooling off period is sufficient or do we need to fulfill condition of leaving sepretely for one yr as well.
i.e, waiting period will be = 6M ??? or 6M + 1 Yr ????
