Respected Sir/Madam,
I have a flat at chembur which is owned in three names(Father,Me and My Brother), My father passed away 6 years ago, I applied for transfer of membership in my Bro's Name.We have submitted following docs to the society :1. N.O.C of my mother and sister, Indemnity Bond, Fathers Death Certificate and Legal Opinion Letter
Still Secretary is not transferring the membership.He sent us a letter stating the documents are improper. We replied requesting to guide us wher things are wrong but does not pay any heed to it.
Pls help me and guide me for this matter
