For conviction in criminal case mens rea is imp ingredient , however some IPC has been excluded from this (mens rea)
i think that for IPC 504, 506 Mens rea is imp whereas for IPC 323 conviction can be without Mens Rea
Kindly confirm whether i am right
any case law detail where acquittal has been done for lack of establishment of mens rea in these IPC
