Mental Harrasment against Reliance Communication

From the last three months every time whe I recharge my prepaid mobile number, the service provider deducts Rs. 30 from the balance. and when I talk to the Customer care they say that the deduction in balance was for activating voice chat. I told him clearly that I’ve not selected any option for activating Voice chat so how it is activated and he was clueless.

Then the amount Rs. 30 was added to balance.

I have also registered a complaint regarding Activating Voice Chat without my knowledge and deducting Rs. 30 in lieu of that.

Can I lodge a mental harrasment case against this as every I time I've to call to the customer care which takes atleast 15-20 minutes and only after that they reimburse the money.

Send a legal Notice to the Service provider to return back of deducting amount.If the concerned authority would not comply to the said notice,then you may file a complaint to the Consumer Forum.

Sir,

They have returned back my amount, but the main problem is that, every time I've to call to their consumer care and only after that they return the money. And you know how annoying it is, to call on the customer care.
