currently i am running a propritorship firm , now i want to make it partnership firm ( company name and adress will remain same)
as per my knowledge i need to make a new partnership deed and typr of compnay need to change in TX document
pls ans below quistion
1. GST No. need to change
2. bank account need to change.
3. if bank account and GST need to change mean what ever buisness i have done in propritorship firm will vanish all purchase order will not use full for me ?
partneship firm will need to register again wil my all clients?
