Why are employees in psu bank, compulsory to complete a minimum of 20 years (unbroken period) to be eligible for pension scheme who joined under pension scheme.
kindly advise where this laws to be a challenged/contested but one can be eligible for pension if one is medically unfit for service and have completed minimum period 10 years.

Superannuation Pension: Granted on attaining the age of Superannuation: Minimum 10 years of service. Pension on Voluntary Retirement: Granted to those who have completed 20 years of service and take voluntary retirement.
