Minor property sale by natural mother

Dear sir,

Property (hyderabad) owner was expired by leaving the wife and minor daughter.

After getting the legal heir documnet from court, Is this property can get registered by mother and natural guradian on behalf of daughter.

Is court permission is required compulsary for selling the minor property. If required how many days will take to get the permission.

Dear querist,

Any transfer of property of a minor without the prior permission of the court of law can be challenged at the instance of the minor or any person at his or her behest. Such transactions are voidable. It is left to the minor to agree or disagree to such transfers without the prior permission of the court of law.

 

Time for permission from court depends on court to court.

no gardian can sale minor's property without seeking permission from court and gaurdian can not use money .the sale consideration money will be deposited in minor's bank account till his/her attaining age 18 years if gaurdian wants to use money for welfare of minor he will take permission from court to withdraw amount for certain purpose
