I have got in to a sale agreem,ent and going for home loan, now the problem is the property do no 139/2 and it has been registed in all the previous sale deeds. now the seller is saying that the actual no. 139/1 and they will do the changes at the time of registration . what is your suggestion on this whether i can go ahead with the purchase or the required changes to done before going for home loan approval from the bank please suggest
