My father-in-law was retired as a head constable in tamilnadu railway police on two years back. But after his retirement ( 6 months after) letter came as Sub Inspector.... I am very sure that during his service he was a constable only.
But now he wears a inspector uniform and take a photograph of it and put on his first room of his house. I feel that this is an offence of misusing the dress. would it be any possibliities of representating this matter through proper channel??
Also i have the proof of his photo too.. kindly suggest me how to take actions against him.
