I'm using a car with a number plate of xxxxxx. But I issued a challen of without helmet for a car..How can I file a case on the police officer who issue challen on my car under which sections..where I went to file a complaint in civil station or traffic station
I think it was issued by officials by mistake. you can modifi that challan because it is possible to have same number plat in car and bike
