Sir/Madam,
I ahve property in which my father used for residential cum factory purpose since 1990. NOw we have shifted to new premise and that place is completely used as factory. My neighbours have complained that as we are carrying on occupation in residential premise action to be taken against it and complaint was filed in Muncipal office U/S 390 MMC Act. I wanted to know is it possible to take action against us after such a long tenure as those neighbours were also residing since long time but after such a long time do they still have right to complain against us? Secondly what can be my defence against this complain. Please help me in this regard.
