Sir, We have a 30'x40' site in Bangalore which is just getting developed with some houses coming up in the area.Next to our site on a vacant land the owner has put up a mobile tower (Reliance). This is there for the last 2-3 years. Can a mobile tower be put up without taking consent of the neighboring site owners in a residential area? The owner is not know and his contact details are not available. Please let me know which authorities to approach in this regard.
