MOHD., LAW -

RIGHT OF CHILDREN OF FASID MARRIAGE-

Muslim marrying a Hindu  woman as second wsife during susbsistence of first marriage with a muslim  woman-she did not convert to Islam-Whether the son born to her have a share in his father's property?  Held, yes-In modern times the " fasid" marriage is called as " irregular marriage" and not a void marrige.  The son born to HINDU wife is not  illegitimate.  He is having a share with the sons of first wifge in the property of his father.
