Money making machines

Dear Sir,

There are so many mestri's or building contractors constructing houses for individuals or companies. Most of them do not have a contractor's or mestris license. But they still construct houses. They make millions of rupees for example a uneducated useless mestri constructed the house opposite to my house he has 4 two wheelers, 3 cars and 4 other four wheelers and about 25 acres of land he is not licensed he is not educated and he does not pay taxes and lives a royal life. He brings the construction workers in car everyday and drops them. Iam a masters educated pay all taxes fight unemployement use public transportation and have a hard living to make ends meet. This guy also does not have insurance on his vehicles and road tax paid properly. Is this the way the fate in our country is. He comes and commands us and he has labourers so if we shouts at us or does anything to us we have to shut up and go because he also turns as a rowdy sheeter or is ready to bribe anyone. He never gets caught by hand of law is this what we deserve being in this country?

Is not being educated and law abiding a curse or bane in this country?

There is no grievance or injury, tangible or intangible, demand or claim made out in the question against the alleged 'shouting person'. So, no legal response is possible.

Sir,

So even if he is not law abiding by not paying any tax not having contractor license and employing child labour and not paying adult labourers on time and that too at his discreation are they all not voilations of law. Has the country not yet matured enough after so many years of indepandance to have a governing body to curb such atrocities. So does a person who has earned money legally does not have a good option to go to a recognised contractor and get his house built. Does anything of that sort exist in this country or is it still an African jungle n that respect.
