Moral policing

vague query. come with specific facts.

To reach IT Park in Bangalore from sourrounding location via main road it's quite difficult due to huge traffic. So IT employees (two wheelers & four wheelers, localites & migrated IT employees) are used to bye pass main road to reach IT parks via passing villages like Chinnapannahalli , Munikolalu, Maruthhalli, Rammurthy Nagar, Bettadasapura. So the localites, goondas, local corporators , supports of corporators, local mobs  are started physical hurting individuals who by passes thier street, village due to traffic created for the moment, many of them uncivilised localities / mobs are  not liked migrated IT employee passing thier area due to hatrate of IT employees.

Recently I have 2nd experianced physical hurt at night 10.30pm by local mob in Chinnappanahalli Railway Gate with no reason. Later understand from Jeevita Hospital (Adjuscent to Railway gate) staff that, building owned by local corporator rented to Jeevita Hospital. So IT employees passes railway gate & jeevita hospital causes distrubance to the jeevita hospital. So local corporator and supporters are created thier own traffic, parking rules and moral policing thier own from railway gate to jeevita hospital managing traffic. Any voilation of thier rules punishing people thier own method (hitting, vehicle key taken out, punishing to do 25 leg pushups in front public irrespective of gender.

Y'day while passing at 1.15pm, i saw husband doing pushups, wife is watching the punishments other 4 two vehicles key are taken out, all 4 employees are begging for key near chinnappana halli railway gate (after jeevita hospital).  Even though if God gives us 2 billion years to develop India, we will not learn on respecting humans and living things.

I am localite of Bangalore, even though I have question that, How can corporator can do moral policing to benefit to his building, Who gave authority to Moral Policing even for traffic, Who he is to create his own rule, Why public need to follow his rule, Who gave authority to punish public, Why police is mum even though after given complaint in Mahadevapura police station etc.,

Now a days it becoming moral policing common in & round of Manyta IT Park, Electronic City, Whitefield, Bannerghatta IT Park, Bellandur IT Park. Also understand from colleagues that in Mumbai, Noida, Calcutta, Chennai, Hyderabad & Pune too has problems.

I wanted to know to file case against all these, need to understand the legal law and complication for above causes...

In India there is no law of Moral Policing. People have voluntarily doing Traffic control, many places. I request the Government to Train volunteers  (People who want to serve as Traffic  control )  by Police Department and must be granted permission to under take Volunteers to Traffic control as per conditions mentioned by the Government.

I do agree, In Bangalore, I have seen many trained respected people are doing voluntary policemen job accordance to the law. But doing immoral way, punishing people who passes thru thier residential area, physically hurting common people, taking out key are illegal. So these kind of inhuman uncivilised troubling common people behavior can been booked under section 312 or any another section will be helpful control.
