Morgaged property case

The NBFC has filed for recovery of loan amount in case of default by the borrower and the arbitration process has concluded to claim the property by the NBFC .Pl advise at this stage of events what are the legal options for borrower and what legal steps lie ahead for NBFC to take over the mortgaged property. As per my understanding NBFC are still have not been empowered with sarfesi act so what will be the further course of events ?please advise
