Mortgagor is trying to sell by Private auction a registered mortgaged property. Each time the auction notice is given, the mortgagees/legal heirs of the mortgagor approaches the court for injunction and obtains the same without making any payment. Now it is more than 7 times such type of injunction has been granted. Mortgagor is unable to get his principal and interest even after more than 10 years. Kindly enlighten me how to move about in this situation.
