Mortigaed property

sir

we have taken mortiage loan by keeping our property, now the court has given warrant on that property for surety of the promisory loan amount, please tell me that this warrant is valid or not

my question is a mortiaged means which is  kept under securty to some one to avail the loan ,  then how it can be kept with others. it means that property belongs to some one who have given loan till i pay back that amount isnt it , if so how a warrant can be issued ?,

 

ok how can i raise these warrant , please suggest me

You have to state the facts that whether the creditor filed a money recovery suit in the court and got a decree in his favor upon which he filed an EP and the warrant by the court on the property.  Be clear in your query or consult your own lawyer on further issues.
