Mother property

Dear Sir,


My mother is died in 2003 (Mumbai) . i have two sister both are run away & married, & my father married again in 2004 he is live with second wife in Mumbai in their own flat  

my mother have 1 room it's 150sqm, i am living in my mother’s room, since 2007, in between this room is on Rent, Before my mother died & after his dead.

sir, now I have problem my two sister are back & give me threatening that live this room we want our hissa, they both are well settled, & more wealthier than me.

 

On this matters i had discuses with my father, they told me i don’t know you, i don’t want interfere in this matter.


 Sir i am working as computer operator in mumbai Masjid bunder office, i am earning monthly Rs.7700/- salary  i have one son & daughter,.

Sir, right now i do not have any other place to live, my job in this city, my son school in this city,

I don’t have money to fight with both on this matter,

This room is still on my mother name, & I don’t want to sell this room because i don’t have any other room to live with my family.

Sir, i am request to you with my folding hands give me some advise,

Kindly clarify your stated issue

Your sisters and father do have a share in your mother's property. Convince them thru some relatives and do some settlement if possible. You can give them some money in lieu of their share. If they are adamant then, do not do anything yourself, let them file for their share in the court, it will take time and in the meanwhile the matter may be compromised.
